2. Subject
This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for the digital services the Buyer orders and pays for electronically through the Client Portal, under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), where applicable.
3. Service and Price
- The services are digital DDoS mitigation and network security services, such as traffic scrubbing, prefix protection, detection software, API access, and technical support, as described on our services page and in the Order Form.
- The service name, quantity, billing period, unit price, taxes, total price, and currency are those shown on the invoice displayed to the Buyer before payment. That invoice forms part of this Agreement.
- Prices include the taxes shown on the invoice. No shipping or delivery fee applies.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is made by credit or debit card through PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş., a licensed payment institution. Card details are entered on PayTR's secure page and are not stored by the Seller.
- Invoices are due by the due date shown on the invoice. Recurring services are invoiced in advance for each billing period.
- Where installments are offered, any difference charged by the card issuer is shown before payment.
- If payment is not received, the Seller may suspend the service as described in the Terms of Service.
5. Delivery and Performance
Nothing is shipped physically. Services are delivered electronically and activated after payment is confirmed, within the timeframes in the Service Delivery & Activation Policy. The Buyer is notified by email and in the Client Portal.
6. Right of Withdrawal
- A Buyer who is a consumer may withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, by notifying the Seller at [email protected] or through a Client Portal ticket.
- Exception: under the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form, or to services whose performance has started with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends. By paying for immediate activation, the Buyer expressly approves the start of performance and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal ends when the service is activated.
- If the Buyer withdraws before activation, the full amount is refunded within 14 days.
- Buyers acting for commercial or professional purposes do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.
